This Privacy Policy (‘the Policy’) (together with any other of our terms and conditions, and any other documents referred to in them) sets out how Gemelli Solutions Ltd uses and protects any information that you give Gemelli Solutions Ltd and/or Gemelli Employee Benefits when you use our website and supply personal data to us.

The basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide, will be processed by us. For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations (the “Regulations”), the data controller is Gemelli Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06292426 whose registered office is at Gemelli Solutions Limited, The Farmhouse, Old Park Farm, North Lane, Brailsford, Ashbourne. DE6 3BE. Our registration number with the Information Commissioner’s Office is Z9985818. We will refer to Gemelli Solutions Ltd and/or Gemelli Employee Benefits as (‘Company’, “us”, “we”, or “our”) which operates  https://www.gemelliemployeebenefits.co.uk/ “the Site”. The user of our Site and other business or personal contacts that we deal with as customers or suppliers are referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’.

This Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide, or that is collected from you as part of our usual business, marketing and/or accessing our Site. The majority of the data that we collect and store will be business data relating to the customer that we are dealing with.  However, as part of our business and marketing processes we will be collecting and using limited personal data to include customers names, email addresses, addresses and mobile phone numbers (where applicable).  We also may as part of a contract with you as a customer need to take limited personal details on your employees in order to advise them on the employee benefits and assist them with such schemes. We use your such personal information only for providing you with quotes, our services and to ensure that we keep in touch with our customer base with targeted emails and marketing content.  We are aware that customers and suppliers will also be accessing our website and that by accessing the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

Some details will be business information and not all into the category of personal data.
