What happens if I lose my iReward Instant card or My Rewards Card?
If you lose your My Rewards card or iReward Instant card a digital copy of your code and letter can be emailed to you. Physical replacements can always be sent as well if you do not have internet access.
What happens if I do not enter my information accurately?
We will send your Gift Cards to the address entered on the ‘my details’ page. In the event that you do not receive your Gift cards as a result of providing inaccurate information, we cannot be held responsible. If you selected an e-voucher, please ensure you entered the correct email delivery address and check your spam filters to ensure prompt receipt.
If I have more than one reward to redeem what do I do?
Simply enter the secure 16 digit number of any of your rewards and then following the prompts to register your account. You will then be able to add further rewards through following the prompts, then repeat until you have redeemed them all. You can add a secondary code by selecting add another code on the - your account tab. You will not be able to register your second code using an already existing email address. You will either need to enter in your 16 digit code and register with a new email address or follow the above process and add your code to your account.
