The Holiday Exchange Scheme gives employees the opportunity to purchase additional leave thus extending their annual leave entitlement. Extra days are paid for over 12 months by way of a monthly deduction from gross salary (salary exchange).

HOW IT WORKS
1. Employees choose how many days extra holiday to request.
2. Employees complete a registration form with Gemelli.
3. Once approved, we’ll send a cost & savings illustration and salary sacrifice agreement.
4. The additional holiday will be added to your employees’ annual holiday allocation.
5. Value of extra days will be deducted from their gross salary for agreed term.
